Shipping policy

Please note we only ship to mainland UK.  We do not charge for shipping on orders over £50.  We endeavour to dispatch machines ordered before noon on a weekday for next day delivery, but it can take two or more working days, especially during busy periods or at weekends. 

Once your order is placed we will contact you with delivery details.  If your order is likely to take longer than 2 days we will contact you immediately.

Orders are dispatched from Harrogate store, or directly from Brother or Juki, using couriers (DPD, Royal Mail).  You will receive a tracking notification from the courier so that you can track your delivery.    Please ensure you provide accurate contact details to avoid complications and delay.
